Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your product in its original packaging, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
